For many homeowners, it is indeed. Once you can make restaurant-quality stone-baked pizza in your own backyard, there’s not much reason to go anywhere else for quality pizza. When it comes to entertaining or outdoor cooking, a pizza oven is one of those upgrades that gets used far more than people realize.
The two serve different purposes. Famous for their legendary Italian engineering, heirloom-quality construction, and models that fit seamlessly into an outdoor kitchen island, Fontana ovens are the ultimate luxury upgrade. Ooni ovens, however, are compact, affordable, and portable, making them ideal for smaller spaces or for those who want to take their pizza nights on the road.
Yes, they do. An Ooni pizza oven is easy to use, convenient, requires little cleanup, and heats up quickly on natural gas or a standard propane tank. Some models can reach up to 950°F, which can cook a restaurant-quality pizza in about 60 seconds.
Hotter than a regular kitchen oven, which is what makes it so authentic. Many models can reach 950°F (500°C), so you can bake a stone-baked pizza in as little as 60 seconds. It’s that even heat that gives the crust the blistered look you’d expect from a good pizzeria.
Absolutely. The Fontana models range from countertop units to freestanding ovens that fit into an outdoor kitchen island. Our team will handle the outdoor pizza oven installation to ensure your new oven fits and works perfectly in your space.
