We had a wood fireplace insert removed and a gas fireplace installed in its place by RE MacDonald. The entire process was perfect. Matthew came out initially and provided us with options available to us. our appointment was booked. Jerret came out and completed the removal of the old and the installation of the new. Went to the show room and met Liz who answered our questions and showed us the various options to choose. We had 3 fireplaces to upgrade/replace so Jason came out for an onsite evaluation. He was excellent and subsequently sent a proposal which we accepted. The next step was for Eric and Jarrett to arrive for the installation a couple of weeks later. Just had our fireplace retiled.  Great experience.  Jason, Tom and Randy were extremely professional, patient and meticulous.  Jason had great ideas and came over to ensure we understood the job and timeline.  Tom  was meticulous and came to recheck things after the completion.
