We absolutely Love out new Valor fireplace.  Our home actually feels warm for the first time in 6 years.

I have to praise the incredible service of this company. I have an unconventional fridge and stove purchased for a house built in 1912. The Elmira products that I purchased were perfect for my needs but the company that makes these in Ontario did not support their products. The fridge arrived damaged and the stove warming door didn’t close properly. RE MacDonald, at their own expense, found me a replacement fridge and came to my home twice (the owner no less!) to make adjustments to stove, put the special order fridge doors on my replacement and made every effort to make sure I was happy. Everyone at RE Macdonald was so helpful with the renovation of our fireplace. We went from an outdated mantle and hearth to floor to ceiling rock and new gas insert.
